Meet at 9:45 on the south side of Talcott, the third spot east of Prospect. We are spot #65 with Field School V-Show in front of us and the Salvation Army Baby Breakfast float behind us. The parade kicks off at 10:00 AM.
Please wear a white shirt with your Action Ridge pin. If you don’t have one, we will have one for you. Many members will be wearing all white.
We have 4 signs and will need volunteers to hold the signs. We also have candy with our logo and contact information to hand out to kids. We have about 300 pieces of candy and could use more. If you want to donate to the cause, please let me know and I will print stickers to put on them. We have bought Skittles and the stickers fit on them very nicely.
The parade route is about 1 mile long. We walk at a very reasonable (slow) pace. If the distance is prohibitive, feel free to join us for as much or little as you are comfortable with.
