Action Ridge participated in the Park District's Earth Day celebration. We hosted a table that included a model net energy home, a solar panel that lit a light bulb, and a model windmill that powered a small light, compost in various states of decay, and brochures about recycling, composting, etc.
It was very well received by the great crowd of adults and children.
